Job Summary:
We are seeking exceptional individual(s) with proven discipline, drive, and commitment who specialize in the area of Group Benefits Sales. Candidates must be licensed and have prior experience in the specific field. Our new team member will be highly competitive and skilled in relationship building. They will be relentless in recruiting and retaining clients for our organization. The position will demand critical/creative thinking to develop and deliver applicable solutions to prospective and existing clients, which in turn will enable our business partners to provide the best possible Group Benefits programs to their employees.
Required Competencies:
Ability to break and build relationships; superior communication skills which include ability to listen and retain information; inquisitive thought process based on logic and common sense; consistent and dependable professional demeanor; B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited University; applicable insurance licenses.
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and Potential
Relocation Expenses: Negotiable
